Hello, Everyone!
I hope y’all are having a wonderful summer. My son is home for the summer – his last summer since next year he’s going to be a senior in high school. Wow! How time flies. So, I’m making the most of it and enjoying every single second that I can.
One of the ways I love saving time and points is by cooking with my air fryer. Check out my video on how I make my fries at home!

I got this air fryer (5.3 L size) at JC Penney. The bigger size is perfect for me because I can cook not only my fries, but my son’s as well.

It’s truly so easy to make these fries. I hope you try them!
Ingredients:
- Russet Potatoes
- Weber Garlic Sriracha
- McCormick Chipolte Chili Pepper
- Morton 25% Less Sodium Season All
- Choice of cooking spray
Instructions:
- Weigh out your desired amount of potatoes, based on the amount of points you want to spend. Check your official Weight Watchers app, for the most accurate points values.
- Wash your potatoes once you’ve weighed them and gotten the amount you need. :
- Chop your potatoes into fries wedges. You can use a chopper such as the Curtis Stone Chopper.
- Lay your chopped potatoes on a flat, working surface and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Lightly spray them with your choice of cooking spray.
- Add your seasonings.
- Place in your air fryer and use the preset settings or customize it to your own temperature/time.
- Halfway through cooking (if using the Power Air Fryer XL) take out the tray and either shake your fries, or use a tong to stir up your fries to allow for even frying.. Place the tray back and continue frying.
- Enjoy!
