It’s been such a busy time for me lately and I finally reveal why- I moved! It’s been so hectic trying to get everything in order, but it seems like things are finally calming down.
Yesterday, I had to make a run to Costco because I had seen a super cute Wonton Soup recipe on the Internet and I had run out of Wontons. Can you believe that I was so excited with all my new finds that I forgot to get the Wontons! LOL
So, as soon as I got home, I decided to film my finds and I truly hope you like them!
One of the items I purchased, some Organic Chicken Breasts from Foster Farms didn’t come with cooking instructions. So I went to their website and they have a whole slew of recipes!
One of the ones that caught my eye was the Balsamic Mushroom Chicken with Honey Goat Cheese. In it, they tell you to cook the chicken breasts in a skillet, 7 minutes each side until it’s done and a meat thermometer states the temperature is 165 degrees.
