This year has been incredibly busy at work, so I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to upload this!
In this video I show you how I prep my:
- pumpkin seeds
- blackberries
- green peppers
- mushrooms
- deli meats
- Kale salad
- green onions
- potatoes
- muffin breads
- cauliflower
Since I recorded this video on a Wednesday, I wasn’t able to save my cilantro so I could show you how I prep it on Monday. Luckily, I showed you how I prepped it in my previous prepping video.
