Hello, Everyone!
Well week one of my six weeks recovery is finally down, so I’ve been feeling a little bit better and I’m so glad to finally be uploading my new breakfast video.
I previously uploaded my first breakfast video back in September of 2015 and since then, I’ve changed a few things around. Plus, when I released that video, Weight Watchers was still under the PointsPlus system, and now that we’re in SmartPoints, I knew it was time for a remake!
So in the last week of May I recorded the video, but since I was out of town and then down with an injury, it’s taken me some time to finally get it uploaded. Please take a moment to catch it on YouTube!

Not only is my new breakfast super filling and delicious, it’s packed with protein and lots of essential vitamins and – you guessed it – 18 oz of COFFEE!!! LOL Plus, all of this enormous breakfast is all for just 9 SmartPoints.

Julie’s New 9 SmartPoints Breakfast:
Ingredients:
- Choice of cooking sprays
- 8 oz mushrooms
- 1 medium bell pepper
- Cilantro or parsley
- 1 oz HEB Sun Dried Tomato Turkey Breast or your preferred deli meat for Zero SP
- 1 oz Boar’s Head Chipolte Chicken Breast or your preferred deli meat for Zero SP
- 3/4 cup of HEB Real Egg Whites
- Choice of seasonings
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup of blackberries
- 1 packet of Weight Watchers Coffee Creations Vanilla Bean
- 1 packet of Pyure or Monk Fruit in the Raw Sweetener
- 2 Vitatops – Deep Chocolate
- Sprinkle of Athenos Fat Free Feta Cheese
- Fat-Free salsa
Instructions:
Spray your choice of cooking spray on your pan.
Cook your veggies/fruits until softened or desired texture.
Place up to three of your fave Zero points deli meats in with your veggies and cook until heated, then move to one side of your pan.
Spray the pan with another cooking spray and add your egg whites. Mix in your preferred seasonings. (I love using Simply Organic Tumeric as it colors my egg whites and makes it seem like I’m eating whole eggs. P.S. don’t forget the Black Pepper!) Then cook until done and eggs are not runny.
Slice up two bananas and one cup of blackberries.
Brew up your choice of coffee and add the Weight Watchers creamer and the monk fruit or Pyure sweetener.
Sprinkle some Athenos fat free feta cheese and your choice of salsa.
