Hiya, Everyone!
I’m so excited to finally share that I Made Lifetime!!!
*release the doves*
With the help of my amazing Weight Watchers Leader (pictured on the left) and Receptionist extraordinaire (pictured on the right) – the absolute best team any girl would be blessed to have – we made it!
It’s been a very long 2 years and 11 months, but after maintaining my goal weight for 6 weeks, I accomplished what I never thought was possible – losing 183 pounds!
Back in June 2013 when I first walked into the Weight Watchers doors with a safety pin holding up my pants, the only goal I had in mind was losing some weight so I could find clothes that fit me again.
Back then, I thought it reasonable to get down from a busted size 28 to a size 18, as I thought that would be an easy and maintainable weight for me. Getting down any lower, and anywhere under 200 lbs seemed like an impossibility.
But all it took was a Weight Watchers meeting about finding your anchor and that reaching your goal no matter how big or how small it was in terms of weight loss was definitely in anyone’s skill set. I was so motivated, I went into it, and I did it!
ow, it’s finally a reality. Plus, what’s so amazing is that I didn’t starve myself and I’m still eating the same foods I did before Weight Watchers, just now I know about healthier, leaner options and portion control.
I’m so grateful and I feel so blessed that Weight Watchers has changed my life entirely. It is also equally amazing that they hired me as a Leader and a Receptionist – a total dream come true!
Thank you so much, Weight Watchers! You’ve truly given me the key to a longer, healthier life.
My journey is definitely not over, just taking a new turn as now I’m shifting gears to maintaining my weight loss.
What about you? How is your journey coming along? Share it with me!
Congratulations!! You look great!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tina! :) So happy to see your comment.
DeleteWow! Congratulations! This is my first time on your blog, but I stumbled upon it because I was searching for the smart points number for sunflower seeds so I could tally up my lunch. After a long weekend (here in Canada) where I was feeling like I had too much fun, and maybe had an extra glass of wine when I shouldn't have I feel motivated to just put that aside and keep moving. And mostly because in seeing your journey it's not about getting to your goal in record time...it's doing it properly and realizing that everyone splurges from time to time and that's ok. Just stay with the healthiest version of your life and results will show.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Yes, slow and steady wins the race! Thanks so much for taking the time to stop by and comment. *big huggs* :)

DeleteHiya, Anon! I honestly haven't checked - the nutritional label has it listed as the serving size is 1 fillet and since they take great care to make each fillet individually pre-packaged, I take it as that. Hope this helps! :)
DeleteWow! You are such an inspiration!! I have 30 pounds to lose. Thanks so much for posting your experience so others (like me) can learn from you.
