Hello, Everyone!
My husband had his work schedule changed and instead of being gone for two weeks at a time, now he’s coming home every 8 days.
So, I finally found some time this week to edit and upload the video I shot back in December 2015 for my January Plan With Me! series. I hope you like it.
In this video, I show you how I finally made use of my American Crafts Glitter Tape that I bought back in September 2015 from Michaels and I share some AMAZING low SmartPoints finds when I went looking for products to lower my Hot Dogs Meal. Plus, I’ve got an important update regarding yogurts!
Make sure you don’t miss out and I hope you enjoy all my food finds this year. How about you? What low points meal/s are you planning to enjoy this year? Share them with me.

Thanks for sharing your menu plan and products that you find that work for you! I like that you plan to have a portion of foods you love, like the pizza, lasagna and fries; every week. If you enjoy a reasonable amount regularly I guess it helps you from going off track and over points.
ReplyDeleteIt definitely does! So glad you liked it! Totally appreciate you stopping by and commenting :)
DeleteThanks, Lisa! That's the key to my success and what I love about Weight Watchers. You can take the foods that you love and portion them out and/or substitute for the healthier choices, like leaner cuts or pair them with your fave veggies. It's all about balance and what's kept me on track for over two years. If I was on a strict diet which limited what I ate and restricted certain items like say, no breads, etc., I wouldn't last on it very long. I just love how WW has educated and empowered me to make my choices of what I want to eat. Thanks for stopping by and commenting. :)
ReplyDeleteLoved seeing your plan with me video! Your spread turned out great! Thanks for downloading our stickers!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for sharing your talent and taking the time to make such amazing stickers! I totally appreciate you stopping by and commenting :)
DeleteI'm a new viewer of your bloq and I'm loving all your videos, especially the details on creating planners. It's just what I've been looking for. I have as muich weight to lose as you already have and maybe more, been stalled for a year, hope this jumpstarts me to pay more attention and follow through. Thanks so much for your postings and videos
ReplyDeleteThanks, Diana! I'm so glad you liked it. Good luck on your journey and I'm so glad we're in this together :)
ReplyDeleteJust found your videos/blog this week. Love your planner ideas! Thanks so much for linking so many of the printables. Where do you get your sidebar weight watcher weekly stickers? Where do you get the breakfast/lunch/dinner/snack banner printables
ReplyDeleteI made them myself on the Silhouette program (sidebar weekly) and the breakfast, etc banners on Microsoft Word 2010.
ReplyDeleteI'm so inspired by the way you use your points. I've been depriving myself and not getting anywhere. I also love to scrapbook, so I bought a planner and I'm going to use your system. Thank you. But I'm struggling in creating the tabs for Breakfast, Snack etc and also how you set up your water and Weeklys. Can you share how you did them?
ReplyDeleteI am really inspired by how you use your points. I have been denying myself and getting nowhere. I also love to scrapbook, so I bought a planner and I'm going to use your system. But I'm having problems creating your Breakfast, Snack banner and also don't know how to create your weekly tabs and water check list. Can you give us instructions on how to do that? By the way, I love your new shorter hair.
ReplyDeleteHiya, Susan! Thanks! So glad you like it! :) I list all the downloadable stickers I use on the bottom of blog post pertaining to each Plan With Me video. If the stickers aren't there such as my Breakfast and Snack tabs it's because I made them myself on Microsoft Word 2010. There isn't much of to it, just go to Insert - Shape and find the shape you want and make it to the length you need. It took me a few times to figure out the size I needed, and it's a guesstimate, so I can't tell you the exact numbers. The other stickers are all listed for you with links. Hope this helps.
