Hello, Everyone! I hope y’all had a great week. As for me, I was busy recuperating from a cold/virus this past week, so I didn’t track or exercise. I didn’t weigh in this week – no need to stress myself further, and I decided to just take things one meal at a time this week.
My meeting last week was great. It was all about Supermarket Smarts.
It was great hearing from all the members and the great supermarket strategies everyone has. Mine is definitely don’t go on an empty stomach, plus now I always pre-plan my week on my The Happy Planner, so I know exactly what I’m going to get/need. That way I don’t waste any food or my money!
