Hello, Everyone!
Well apparently even though last week I was sick and couldn’t taste anything, a whole week of not exercising and tracking totally caught up with me this week and the scale wouldn’t budge.
But now that I’m feeling better, I’m hoping everything settles (my sore muscles & my appetite) as it’s the week just before Thanksgiving! Of course it wouldn’t be complete without the awesome Weight Watchers Meeting all about The Great Plate!
As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve been with Weight Watchers for over two years and I love hearing all the awesome plans and strategies you can employ on Thanksgiving. For me, I save my 49 extra weekly points for that day.
