Hello, Everyone!
I hope y’all had a great Halloween, as for me all I got was a nasty cold/flu bug. I had a fever, coughing, sneezing, congestion you name it – but worse than anything – I couldn’t taste my food! LOL
My symptoms started on Tuesday, and progressively got worse during the week. I’m still not 100% recovered, but I’m so glad I’m doing way better. Well, despite my health setback, the scale decided to be my best bud in the world and actually gave me lots of love with a loss of 2.6 lbs this week!
This brings my total weight loss to 168.4 lbs! Woot!
Our meeting was really helpful this week, too. We talked all about nutrition facts and how to replace high fat products with low points ideas. This was especially helpful since the holidays are just around the corner!
