Hello, Everyone!
Another week down and we’re getting ever closer to the Holidays! Is your part of the country already cooling off? I’m in Texas and we’re still in warm temperatures, but next week it should FINALLY start feeling like fall! So excited!
Last week, my hubby came in unexpectedly a day early and threw off all my schedule. Needless to say, this week I didn’t weigh in as I didn’t feel the need to stress.
My meeting was great – as usual – and dealt with fitting in fitness into our schedules.
We discussed several ways to sneak in a mini workout or two, and at the end of the meeting we committed to working out at least 5 days a week.
This totally fit into my weekly plans – since I already do this, so committing to it was super easy LOL
