Hello, Everyone! I hope you had a great week this past week.
As for me, today the scale finally decided to cooperate and I’m down 3lbs for a total loss of 164.2 lbs!
I’m so happy after a whole month being stuck at the same weight, yet my clothes falling off me – the scale finally decided to reflect what was truly up – or actually down. LOL
This week our meeting was all about being your best self and embracing more positive self image/talk. It was a great, inspirational meeting!
Inside the Weekly, they ask – Think about your “dream” self. How would you describe it? I would have to say my dream self wouldn’t worry so much about her weight as it was reflected on the scale. She’d know it would catch up eventually if I was doing the right things.
