Happy Fries-day, Everyone!
I know everyone likes to call the day we celebrate our love of fries (or potatoes) by using Fry-day, but I renamed it Fries-day, because I don’t just eat ONE fry! LOL
This week, instead of eating a chicken burger, I opted for HEB’s Lean Beef Burger which is only 3PPV a patty. They are already cooked, so you just have to reheat them in the microwave. Easy peasy! They come out super juicy and tender.
For bread, I used Nature’s Own Honey Wheat which comes out to 2PPV for 2 slices. Finally, I added Weight Watchers’ Pepperjack Cheese for 1PPV and some fruits, veggies, and condiments all for 0PPV. My fries were of the same as last week, but I’m thinking maybe changing to tater tots for next Fries-day. 140g of Ore-Ida’s Zesty Twirls come out to 6PPV.
To bulk up my meal, I added some baby carrots and onions as side dishes (both 0 PPV) which filled me up in no time.
