Hello, Everyone!
I had a blast at my Weight Watcher meeting tonight which centered around the importance of us having some “me” time. Just love my Monday Night group! They are such amazing people! I got some great ideas for “me” time to try out.
My favorite “me” time is spent surfing the net, exercising (especially yoga), (grocery) shopping, and reading.
Regarding my weight, I was relieved since the dust finally settled after hubby was home two weeks ago. I knew I had gained and I was determined to lose everything I had lost and stayed on track all week.
I was so excited when I woke up this morning, feeling like I had definitely turned things around when my monthly visitor decided to knock on my door. Ugh! Why couldn’t it wait until tomorrow?
I’m not sure if that was a factor or not, but I’m still up .4lbs this week. I hope this week the scale finally realizes it loves me and gives me a loss this time! LOL Wish me luck!
