I made it to my meeting this week, and like always it was uplifting and motivational. It was all about setting your own goal and how that can help you in your overall weight loss journey.
Although the only way to still reach lifetime status is within your BMI chart or through a doctor’s note, the idea of setting your own goal is still so great because you feel more in control of your journey. Love it!

P.S. Since Hubby was in town last week, I decided to give myself a night off from the scale so there was no weigh in this week. Hopefully everything settles down this week. Wish me luck!
