New Video Upload–My Fave Breakfast Eats!

Hello, Everyone!

I’ve just uploaded a new video on my favorite breakfast food items. In the video, I also discuss the importance of fiber and protein to our weight loss journey. I can’t wait for you to see it!

As I mention in the video, whenever I have a lot of time, I opt to make an omelet out of my egg whites and veggies/fruits as shown below.

But when I’m pressed for time, scrambling the eggs works out best.

After walking 10 minutes (to offset 1 PPV for my creamer) my entire breakfast comes out to a delicious and super filling 9 PPV. Here’s the PPV breakdown:
