My Weight Watchers Meeting: A Slip, Not A Slide and Weekly Weigh In!

Hello, Everyone!

I hope y’all had a great week. As for me, I had a calm, relaxing week and I was so happy to see that I was down the .2 gain from last week, plus another 1 lb down as well!

This brings my total loss to 158.6. I’m so excited that I’m only 1.4lbs away from hitting 160 lbs. Wish me luck this week!

I also had an amazing time at my Weight Watchers meeting. We organized a sampler party and brought along our favorite foods/snacks. It was just great and delicious.

I brought some kale chips (0 PPV) and some Mini Tacos (2PPV) and Chicken Sandwiches (3 PPV) from Target. I didn’t get a chance to snap a pic of the display when we got to the meeting – I was too busy eating! LOL But I snapped a pic when I was prepping my mini tacos before they hit the oven. They were so good, plus 2 mini tacos came out to 3PPV!

This week our meeting was all about A Slip, Not A Slide. It totally rang true for me since last week I had a gain and I totally turned it around this week.

We discussed how to stage a comeback after a gain situation and it was great hearing all the different strategies from all the members.

My favorite quote to get me back on track is: I’ve worked too hard to quit now.

  1. Today I had a high points lunch. The Dr. I work for bought for us. Normally I would have let this slip become a slide - but today I didn't! I came home and ate a healthy dinner and ended up still being under points for the day.
