Hello, Everyone! I hope y’all had a wonderful week.
As for me, I was ecstatic this week when I found out I only gained .2 lbs last week when hubby was in town. I was hoping to keep my usual gain at least 3 lbs and below and I was floored to see it barely registered in at .2! Woot!
It was a lot of work, but so totally worth it not to see a substantial gain this week.
This week we had an amazing meeting as well with the topic of Emotional Hunger Games.
We discussed the difference between real hunger and emotional hunger. Plus, we talked about some of the things that cause us to eat when we’re not physically hungry and we came up with strategies on how to overcome them.
Just another great meeting as usual. August has been a great month to me and I’m just hoping to keep this momentum going. I told myself that if I just lose 5lbs a month, I’ll reach goal before the end of the year! Go me!
I know my emotional hunger goes through the roof when my hubby’s in town. I just can’t seem to stay away from the snacks, but this week I cleared up all my spaces and made sure the only snacks I had available were all Zero Points Plus Foods.
