Hi, y’all! I’m still in plateau land, so no weigh-in news this week. But tonight’s great meeting made up for my disappointment at the scales.
This week’s meeting was all about recognizing things that seem to suck up all your time, making you feel like the day just flew by you.
It’s hard enough trying to keep things together and find the time to prep healthy meals, exercise, and get in all your healthy checks in for the day when something’s got a hold of your time.
For me, my time bandit is definitely surfing on the web. I start out just wanting to check my emails or check any messages on Facebook, when all of a sudden an hour has just gone by as I’m looking through all my social media accounts. Does this happen to you? I’m looking into getting a timer or an app to limit my time on the net.
What are your time bandits, and how do you plan to bring them down to a manageable size in order to free up your valuable time and use it wisely to better achieve your goal?
