Hello, Everyone! I stayed the same weight this week, but instead of getting upset, I’m grateful I didn’t gain! Just have to keep going! :)
This week at my Weight Watchers meeting, our topic was: What’s Your Pleasure?
We discussed the importance of taking time for yourself and how that can work wonders for your weight loss mindset. It was a great meeting and our Weekly booklet gave a lot of great ideas we can use to take some time for ourselves.
For me, my greatest pleasure is getting a mani/pedi. To me, it’s so relaxing and soothing. What’s your pleasure?
