Hi, y’all! As promised, here is a video showing you how I use Microsoft Excel to track on Weight Watchers.
While this method works great for me when I’m at home, it doesn’t work too well whenever I travel or I’m busy all day running out and about.
For example, on the week when hubby’s in town, everything is so hectic, sometimes I don’t even have time to turn on my computer.
So I know I’m going to have to find another method to help me track when I’m out and about. Or, I’m thinking I’ll just prep my meals for the week so I’ll be prepared. Wish me luck!
