This week I was so glad to see the scale finally move after being stuck in a six week plateau! *faints* I’m down 1.8 lbs this week for a total of 157lbs lost. Yay!
Can you believe it? Only 6.4 lbs stand in my to get to Onederland!!! *faints*
This week featured an exceptionally great meeting and the theme for the evening had to do with Body Gratitude.
On average, we tend to always focus on the negatives of what we don’t like about our bodies that we often overlook the positives.
So this week, we talked about changing our negative ways for positive ones instead. It was a wonderful and uplifting meeting!
