Infuser Bottles - My Favorite Way to Hydrate!

Hello, Everyone!

Staying hydrated and drinking water is such an important and healthy habit to have and it's also part of the Weight Watchers Daily Healthy Checks List. But sometimes it’s hard to swallow down a 8 whole glasses of tasteless water a day.

I admit that before Weight Watchers, I was one of those people who always avoided drinking water and reached for a soda instead. That is until I discovered Infuser Bottles when a Weight Watcher member mentioned it at a meeting.

Infuser Bottles allow you to place your favorite fruits in them so they can  flavor the water you’re about to drink without having to worry that the pieces of fruit will fall out when you take a drink. Yay! No more tasteless water!

My hands down favorite bottles are from Blogilates. They’re constantly changing the styles of the bottles, but they are all awesome. This was my very first one.

After having a great experience with it, I decided to buy more. I love the new designs!

I’ve been looking like crazy in all stores for other brand infuser bottles, but they always seem to be out of stock. But then one day when I wasn’t even shopping for them, they finally came back in stock at Wal-Mart. Since my son doesn’t like any of the cute Blogilates designs, he opted for this one instead. It works great and was around $5.

Flavored fruit drinks are super simple to prepare. My go-to infuser fruits consist of lemons, strawberries, and pineapple. First, I cut the ends of my lemons and discard the ends.

Next, I cut the lemons into slices, and I cut a few of them in half so they can fit in the infuser tray.

Next, I place some frozen strawberries (on sale at every grocery – make sure you get the ones that say No Sugar Added) in the infuser tray along with some lemon wedges.

Then, I place the remaining slices of lemon at the bottom of my bottle, making sure to take off any seeds. Some infuser bottles have a special mouthpiece that catches the seeds, but this particular Blogilates bottle didn’t, so I took off any seeds to avoid any mishaps. Next, I placed some frozen pineapple chunks on top of my lemon slices and closed the bottle.

Finally, I added some cold water. You can start to drink it or store in your refrigerator until later. Trust me, the flavor is amazing and you can add whatever other fruits you want (peaches, blueberries, etc).
